WildHearts transform the lives of local young people through entrepreneurship education and employability training

WildHearts Local Impact

To date more than 40,000 young people have taken part in Micro-Tyco, WildHearts’ free entrepreneurial training programme. Micro-Tyco takes place in schools, community groups, colleges and universities across the UK, North America and even Afghanistan. It is also used by some of the world’s top companies, in 22 countries, to help young professionals to develop and grow.

Micro-Tyco provides young people with inspiration, knowledge and networks, and connects them to potential employers. Through the ‘Micro-Tyco Method’, Micro-Tyco Learning Resources and Teacher CPD, it helps participants to learn entrepreneurial, business and employability skills whilst developing confidence, resilience and resourcefulness. Participants can now also be recognised for their entrepreneurial excellence through our exclusive ‘Micro-Tyco Excellence Award’ in partnership with Babson Social Innovation Lab, the world’s top school for entrepreneurship. Participants have further opportunities to learn and network at WildHearts’ free entrepreneurial education events: the Micro-Tyco Master Classes, the Future Talent Forums and the Global Entrepreneurial Leaders Summits. Micro-Tycos have gone on to secure work experience, apprenticeships, graduate positions and promotions as a direct result of taking part.
